5.Modifying & implementing various compensations plans, reward & recognition schemes, HR policies and communicating them across the organization at all levels.

6.Responsible for effective salary & payroll administration, annual increment, bonus and other statutory liabilities pertaining to employees.

7.Counselling/ grievance handling of the employees to maintain a healthy work environment and facilitating Employee Satisfaction Survey & community development activities.

8.Initiating rewards & recognition programmers and implementing incentive system for motivating employees.

9.Executing recruitment sourcing and refining.

10.Facilitating internal and external training programs.
