HR Manager

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, factory, technical, and corporate positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews with management.
• Manage bulk hiring and ensure positions are closed within the required timeline.
• Maintain candidate database, recruitment tracker, and joining status.
• Handle offer letters, joining formalities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads.
• Also manage attendance, employee records, payroll coordination, and basic HR compliance.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
