HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our talent acquisition and recruitment efforts across various regions in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, particularly in non-IT recruitment and bulk hiring processes. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding procedures.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
