HR Manager HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll & Administration

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to independently manage end-to-end HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Statutory Compliance and Administration for an organization of approximately 100 employees.

The candidate should have strong ownership, employee-management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

Manage complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, appraisals, exits and Full & Final Settlement.

Handle employee records, HRMS and HR documentation.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiation and offer closure.

Manage recruitment consultants, job portals and sourcing channels.

Handle monthly payroll for approximately 100 employees.

Manage attendance, leave, deductions, reimbursements and F&F.

Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, POSH and applicable labour laws.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, performance management and engagement.

Manage office administration, facilities, vendors and workplace requirements.

Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for payroll processing and reconciliation.

Implement HR policies, SOPs and processes.

Handle HRMS/Payroll software and statutory audits.
