About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate candidate selection.
• Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Support payroll and HR administration.
• Handle employee queries and workplace concerns.
• Coordinate performance and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of HR experience.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
