About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager – Generalist & Strategic HR to lead HR operations while partnering with management on people strategy, organisational development and employee performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete employee lifecycle – hiring to exit.
• Drive HR policies, processes and HR operations.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organisational structure.
• Manage performance reviews, KRAs, PIPs and employee development.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee payroll, HRMS and statutory compliance.
• Drive employee engagement, retention and company culture.
• Develop HR dashboards, reports and people analytics.
• Identify HR gaps and implement scalable processes.
• Support leadership in strategic HR and people-related decisions.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of overall HR experience with strong Generalist HR exposure.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, performance management and compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder and leadership management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced organisation.
• Strong business and strategic HR mindset.
