Roles

Handle statutory compliance under Shops & Establishment Act Manage PF, ESI registrations, filings, returns & audits Maintain statutory registers, records & compliance calendar Coordinate with labor consultants & government authorities Oversee monthly payroll processing & validations Handle F&F settlements, gratuity & bonus payouts Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs & employee handbook Manage onboarding documentation & exit formalities Handle employee grievances & disciplinary matters Ensure HR processes are audit-ready at all times Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for various positions across the organization. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other hiring channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and manage candidate communication. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports. Support employer branding initiatives and improve the overall candidate experience. Assist in workforce planning and ensure timely hiring to meet business requirements. Qualification:

MBA in HR (Preferrable) Labor law / compliance certification (is a plus)
