HR Executive (Recruiter)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all resort departments.
• Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance documentation.
• Manage employee relations, engagement, and grievance handling.
• Support HR policies, staff welfare, and performance management.
• Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate or MBA in HR / Human Resources.
• Experience: 1–3 years in HR operations and recruitment.
• Hospitality or resort industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and HR practices.
• Ability to work independently in a resort environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
