Job Purpose:As a Site Supervisor (Civil), your primary role is to work under the guidance of the Civil Engineer and oversee the execution of various civil construction projects at the site. Your expertise and experience in civil construction will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Construction Execution

• Work under the direct supervision of the Civil Engineer.
• Execute and oversee civil construction activities at the site.
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved plans and specifications.

Project Coordination & Reporting

Project Timeline & Performance

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices
• Understanding of solar power plant construction techniques and procedures
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
