HR Business Partner - Employee relations | Night Shift | Hyderabad | Upto 25 LPA

Looking for an experienced HR professional who can independently manage employee relations, handle sensitive workplace concerns, and partner with business teams in a fast-paced, 24/7 operations environment.

We’re hiring an HR Business Partner to support BPO and Customer Success teams, with a strong focus on employee relations, grievance handling, POSH, and HR compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle employee grievances, workplace conflicts, escalations, and sensitive employee concerns independently.
• Manage POSH complaints, investigations, and retaliation-related cases with discretion and sound judgment.
• Partner with floor managers on performance, attendance, disciplinary matters, employee engagement, and retention.
• Oversee HR operations, including attendance, leave, exits, and confidential case documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and night-shift requirements, including employee safety, transportation, and working hours.

What we’re looking for

• 8–10 years of HR experience, preferably in BPO or high-volume operations.
• Strong hands-on experience in employee relations, grievance management, and POSH investigations.
• Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and shift-based compliance.
• Ability to operate independently, manage sensitive situations, and exercise sound judgment.
• Night-shift / 24x7 operations experience preferred.
