Role Description The Housekeeping Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mulshi, responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property. This role includes assigning duties to housekeeping and laundry staff, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, and verifying that cleaning procedures meet quality and safety guidelines. The supervisor responds to guest requests, coordinates with front office and maintenance teams, and ensures that supplies and equipment are adequately stocked and properly used. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, monitoring performance, and supporting efficient scheduling to meet occupancy and service requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with experience leading housekeeping teams and coordinating daily operations.
• Proficiency in Housekeeping practices, including room cleaning standards, public area maintenance, and use of cleaning equipment.
• Experience with Laundry operations, including handling linens, ensuring proper washing procedures, and maintaining inventory.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to maintain consistent quality and productivity.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in hospitality environments.
• Prior experience in hotels or serviced residences in a housekeeping supervisory role is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
