Role Description The Housekeeping Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, including assigning tasks to room attendants, monitoring cleaning standards, and ensuring guest rooms and public areas are maintained to a high level of cleanliness and safety. The Housekeeping Supervisor coordinates with the front office and maintenance teams to address guest requests, room readiness, and any issues related to facilities. The role also includes training housekeeping staff, managing inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, and supporting a positive, respectful work environment.

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to manage housekeeping staff, delegate tasks, and monitor performance.
• Candidates should possess Housekeeping skills to ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
• Candidates should possess Laundry skills to oversee proper handling, cleaning, and inventory of linens and uniforms.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Communication skills to respond to guest requests, handle concerns, and coordinate effectively with other hotel departments.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in hotel housekeeping supervision, knowledge of safety and sanitation standards, ability to work flexible hours, and familiarity with basic inventory management.
