Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hotel management teams to develop and implement revenue management strategies and tactics.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, occupancy, and average daily rate (ADR).
• Conduct regular audits of pricing, inventory, and distribution channels to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Assist in the preparation of annual revenue budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to optimize pricing and promotional strategies.
• Provide training and support to hotel staff on revenue management best practices and tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in revenue management and hospitality

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel revenue management or related roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in revenue management software and tools (e.g., RMS, PMS, OTAs).
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
