Hotel Manager

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property, which operates primarily through Airbnb and short-term apartment rentals. The property consists of 7 apartments, including 1 RK and 1 BHK units, along with a swimming pool and shared facilities.

The manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth property operations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling guest queries and complaints, monitoring bookings and reservations, and ensuring a comfortable experience for all guests.

The role also involves supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining inventory of essential supplies, monitoring the swimming pool and common areas, coordinating repairs, and ensuring the property is consistently maintained to a high standard.

Candidates with prior experience in hotel management, hospitality, Airbnb operations, serviced apartments, or property management will be preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. We are looking for someone trustworthy, proactive, and capable of independently managing the property and taking ownership of its daily operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
