Hotel Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and meeting facilities.
• ​Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• ​Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
• ​Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards. ​Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Shamgarh, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience
