Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead a team of staff members to achieve excellent customer service standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through effective budget management and P&L control.
• Oversee pre-opening activities such as planning and execution of events.
• Manage hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales, and marketing.
