We are seeking an experienced Hotel Acquisition Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving business growth and expanding our hotel portfolio across India.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential hotel partners for acquisition.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, operators, and management companies.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with hotel partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new hotel properties.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve acquisition targets and revenue goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Proven track record in hotel acquisition or real estate sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hotel revenue management principles is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively within India.
