Experience : 3-5 years in hospital operation

Location : Dharwad, karnataka

Role & Responsibilites

• Oversee daily hospital operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
• Manage staff performance, discipline, and patient complaints.
• Monitor patient admissions, bed occupancy, and hospital efficiency.
• Improve patient satisfaction and operational processes.
• Track hospital performance reports and support revenue growth.

Qualification & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Hospital Administration preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Hospital operations experience, preferably in a 50 bed hospital.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Experience

• daily hospital operations including Billing OPD IPD ICU: 3 years (Required)
