Senior Consultant – Oracle Fusion Financials

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Senior Consultant with 6–9 years of ERP implementation experience. The ideal candidate should have successfully delivered multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations and possess strong functional knowledge of finance processes, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, integrations, and client stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Financials implementation workstreams from requirement gathering through go-live and hypercare.
• Conduct business process workshops and prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
• Configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules based on business requirements.
• Support CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and production deployment activities.
• Define business requirements for reports, integrations, extensions, and data migration.
• Coordinate with technical, integration, reporting, and data migration teams.
• Perform functional testing and support defect resolution.
• Prepare training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
• Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

• 6–9 years of Oracle ERP implementation experience.
• Minimum 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects.
• Strong functional expertise in:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Expenses
• Tax
• Good understanding of:
• Subledger Accounting (SLA)
• Financial Reporting
• Data Migration
• Integrations (OIC/REST/SOAP – functional perspective)
• Security concepts
• Experience preparing solution design and configuration documents.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior consultants.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion Financials Certification.
• Experience in global or multi-country implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Accounting Hub, Project Costing, or Expenses is an added advantage.
• Consulting experience with a leading SI or Oracle Partner is preferred.
