Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated Real Estate Sales Manager with a freelancer and business-owner mindset. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are confident in sales, passionate about real estate, and motivated by high commission-based earnings rather than a fixed monthly salary.

You will be responsible for developing your sales network, generating leads, managing customer relationships, conducting property site visits, and closing real estate deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate property sales leads through personal networks, referrals, and market outreach.
• Identify and connect with potential property buyers and investors.
• Arrange and coordinate customer site visits.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Build and manage a team of sales associates or referral partners.
• Develop local market connections and business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize commission earnings.

Compensation & Earning Potential
