About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales of Outspark's AI-powered career solutions. You will engage prospective clients, showcase the value of our products, and convert conversations into successful sales playing a key role in expanding

Outspark's reach among job seekers.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through calling/telesales to generate business.
• Clearly communicate the features and benefits of Outspark's AI-driven products
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Build strong rapport with prospects to drive conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong sales experience is a must (minimum 06 Month in a sales role)
• Maximum Age: 33 Years
• Graduate from a recognized university
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated
• Prior Tele-calling /telesales experience is an added advantage
