Lead our first field sales team in Mumbai, launch new products, and grow with us as we expand across India.

The Gut Story is a fast-growing Indian gut-health brand. Our range includes MindFlora, BiomeCare and Neurocenta, with FemoFlora (a probiotic for women) and a fibre product launching soon. We're hiring a working Area Sales Manager to build and lead a team of 4–5 medical representatives covering gastroenterologists, physicians, neurologists and gynaecologists across MMR.

What you'll do

• Hire and coach 4–5 experienced medical reps
• Personally cover leading gastroenterologists, neurologists, psychiatrists, gynaecologists and opinion leaders
• Lead the new product launches in Mumbai
• Build chemist and stockist coverage for the full range
• Run weekly reporting on calls, prescriptions and sales

What you'll bring

• 6–10 years in pharma or nutraceutical sales, 2+ as an ASM.
• Gastro, physician, neurology, psychiatry, gynaecology or nutraceutical portfolio experience, ideally with a product launch
• Strong doctor, chemist and rep network in Mumbai MMR
• B.Pharm / B.Sc; English, Hindi and Marathi

2.Medical Representatives

What you'll do

• Meet gastroenterologists, physicians, neurologists, psychiatrists and gynaecologists in your territory on a planned call cycle
• Detail our range scientifically and build lasting doctor relationships
• Be part of the new product launches in Mumbai
• Build chemist coverage and ensure stock availability across your territory
• Report daily on calls, prescriptions and sales

What you'll bring

• 1–2 years in pharma or nutraceutical sales as a medical representative
• Exposure to gastro, physician, neurology, psychiatry, gynaecology or nutraceutical portfolios is a plus
• Good knowledge of doctors and chemists in your part of Mumbai MMR
• B.Pharm / B.Sc; English, Hindi and Marathi
• Energy, discipline and the drive to grow with a young brand
