Role Description The Healthcare Specialist will work on-site full time in Gurugram, supporting marketing and consulting projects that involve healthcare-related services and audiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing healthcare content for accuracy, collaborating with marketing teams to ensure medical information is presented clearly and responsibly, and advising on healthcare best practices for campaigns and client projects. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and clients to align healthcare messaging with regulatory expectations, assisting in training sessions for staff on healthcare topics, and providing guidance on emergency medical considerations where relevant. The Healthcare Specialist will also help maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare trends to inform strategy and improve the quality of services delivered.

Qualifications

• Healthcare and medicine knowledge, with the ability to interpret and apply medical information accurately.
• EMT or similar emergency medical training, with practical understanding of emergency response and patient care.
• Strong communication skills for explaining healthcare concepts to non-medical stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in training or educating others on healthcare topics, procedures, or best practices.
• Relevant certification or degree in healthcare, medicine, nursing, public health, or a related field.
• Attention to detail, high ethical standards, and commitment to non-discriminatory, patient-centered communication.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a marketing and consulting environment.
