Head of Operations – Multi-Unit Restaurant & Food Court Operations

Spingo Foods Private Limited/ Magic Food Zone is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Head of Operations to lead and oversee our multi-brand (Bikanervala, Bikano, Barista, Subway, Hotel & Magic Food Zone) restaurant and food court operations across Mathura, Vrindavan, Agra, and Jewar (Uttar Pradesh) .This leadership role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in QSR, restaurant chains, food courts, and large-scale hospitality operations who have successfully managed multiple outlets and delivered consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations across multiple restaurant and food court locations.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Monitor and control food cost, labour cost, wastage, and key operational KPIs.
• Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop outlet management teams.
• Conduct regular operational audits, performance reviews, and compliance checks.
• Enhance customer experience and maintain high service standards across all outlets.
• Oversee manpower planning, hiring, training, scheduling, and productivity.
• Build MIS reports, analyze, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Support new outlet launches, business expansion, and process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in restaurant, QSR, food court, hotel, or large-scale hospitality operations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple outlets.
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, cost control, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, people management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive performance through teams while maintaining brand standards.
• Willingness to relocate to Mathura and travel extensively across Mathura, Vrindavan, Agra, and Jewar.
