Head of Marketing

Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM ( Monday to Saturday )

Rainbow International School (Rainbow Group of International Schools) is looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead brand building, admissions marketing and lead generation across our preschool and school branches in Thane.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and budget to drive admissions growth across all branches
• Own the Rainbow brand: positioning, messaging, creatives and consistency across all channels
• WhatsApp) with a focus on qualified admission leads
• Drive offline/BTL activities: society activations, events, open houses, mall kiosks, school fairs, hoardings and print
• Manage social media, website, content calendar and online reputation (Google reviews, parent testimonials)
• Work closely with the admissions/sales team on lead funnel, conversions and seasonal admission campaigns
• Track ROI, cost per lead and cost per admission; prepare monthly MIS and reports for management
• Manage agencies, vendors and an in-house marketing team
• Build partnerships and community outreach programs with local communities, corporates and influencers

Requirements

• Graduate/MBA in Marketing or related field
• 5+ years of marketing experience
• Experience in education/preschool/K-12, edtech or consumer services marketing preferred
• Strong hands-on knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing and lead generation
• Excellent communication, creativity and team-leadership skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to Thane; immediate or early joiners preferred
