Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Business Development leader from the Travel/OTA industry to drive strategic partnerships, revenue growth, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong network across the travel ecosystem and a proven track record of building high-impact commercial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities, customer segments, and travel categories.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and partnership agreements.
• Build and manage relationships with travel suppliers, aggregators, tourism boards, and key industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and scale new business initiatives.
• Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales within Travel, OTA, Travel-Tech, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of package holidays, hotels, travel distribution, and the broader travel ecosystem.
• Proven success in closing large commercial deals and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Existing industry network and relationships will be a strong advantage.

Preferred Background

• Experience with OTA, Travel-Tech, Consumer Internet, or Tourism organizations, along with established relationships across travel suppliers and industry partners.
