Build strategic relationships with shipping lines and logistics partners.

Recruit, lead, and manage operations and commercial teams.

Manage pricing, operational costs, working capital, and profitability . .

Monitor business performance and report progress to management .

Requirements

1015 years of experience in international freight forwarding and logistics.

Proven experience in business development and business unit expansion.

Strong knowledge of import/export operations, pricing, and logistics networks.

Established relationships with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and logistics partners.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and financial management skills. .
