Job Description

Levenus Promaxx Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead corporate funding strategy, debt structuring, and fund mobilisation. The role will focus on securing institutional and private capital to support business expansion, working capital requirements, and project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of independently originating, negotiating, and closing funding transactions, along with established relationships across banking and alternative financing institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate funding strategy and capital mobilisation in alignment with business objectives.
• Arrange and negotiate Bank Guarantee (BG), Letter of Credit (LC), working capital, Cash Credit (CC), and Overdraft (OD) facilities.
• Structure and execute project finance, debt syndication, and other structured funding transactions.
• Build and leverage relationships with banks, NBFCs, private credit funds, institutional investors, HNIs, and family offices.
• Identify and execute suitable debt and equity funding opportunities.
• Lead funding proposals, lender negotiations, financial due diligence, and documentation.
• Develop diversified funding channels to ensure timely access to capital for projects and business operations.
• Work closely with senior management on financing strategy, funding requirements, and capital deployment.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 12–20+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Structured Finance, Project Finance, Debt Syndication, Investment Banking, NBFCs, or Private Credit.
• Demonstrated success in personally originating, negotiating, and closing significant funding transactions.
• Strong expertise in BG/LC facilities, working capital finance, project finance, and structured debt.
• Established relationships with senior decision-makers across banks and alternative funding institutions.
• Experience in Construction, EPC, or Infrastructure Services will be preferred.
• Strong financial structuring, negotiation, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.

Senior professionals from corporate banking, NBFCs, investment banking, structured finance, and debt advisory firms are encouraged to apply. Professionals with prior banking experience and a strong track record in funding transactions will also be considered.

Important: This is a strategic, transaction-oriented leadership position focused on fund mobilisation and financing execution, not routine accounting or financial reporting.
