Role Description The Head Accountant will oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll coordination. This full-time, on-site role in Jaipur involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations. The Head Accountant will monitor cash flow, support audits, implement internal controls, and provide financial analysis to assist leadership in decision-making. The role also includes supervising junior accounting staff, improving accounting processes, and maintaining accurate, timely financial records to support business objectives.
