Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources role based in Noida. The HR professional will handle day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating payroll and benefits information with relevant departments. The role involves implementing and updating HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational guidelines. The HR team member will also manage employee engagement initiatives, address employee queries, and assist in recruitment activities such as screening candidates and scheduling interviews. Regular collaboration with management and staff is expected to support a positive, inclusive, and efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills to oversee daily HR operations and support strategic initiatives.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits to ensure compliance and effective communication with employees.
• Candidates should possess Personnel Management skills to handle employee relations, performance discussions, and engagement activities.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with HR software or HRIS, basic MS Office proficiency, and an understanding of relevant labor laws.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in HR within financial services is an advantage.
