Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end HR lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, retention, and exit management.
• Drive HR process transformation, automation, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee HR operations, HR policies, employee relations, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Manage talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Develop and implement performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Manage workforce planning, organizational development, and employee productivity initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics, attrition, workforce costs, and employee engagement.
• Lead and develop the HR team to ensure effective HR service delivery across a workforce of 700+ FTEs.
