Job Summary

The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) for a restaurant plays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all guests. This position involves engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The GRE will work closely with the restaurant team to uphold service standards and enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed and valued.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely food delivery and service quality.
• Monitor dining areas to maintain cleanliness and ambiance throughout the shift.
• Assist in training new staff on guest interaction protocols and service standards.
• Promote special events, menu items, and promotions to enhance guest engagement.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
