About the Role

We're looking for a creative, hands-on Graphic designer to support our social media and event design needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants real-world experience creating content for a growing education brand — from reels to real-life event collateral.

What You'll Do

• Design social media creatives — posts, carousels, and stories
• Design collateral for IRL events (standees, flyers, on-ground event visuals)
• Edit short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) for social media
• Edit long-form video content when needed
• Support the team in developing creative content and visual concepts from scratch

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in Canva, VN, and CapCut
• A good creative eye — someone who can take a rough idea and make it visually engaging
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple small projects at once
• Must be able to work from our Mahalaxmi office
• Must have your own laptop/device to work on
