Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Panaji. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts for digital and print campaigns, including social media assets, marketing collaterals, and presentation materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics that align with brand guidelines, developing logos and brand identities, selecting and refining typography, and preparing files optimized for various platforms. The role involves collaborating closely with copywriters, marketers, and other designers to produce cohesive and impactful creative work, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear visual communication.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain consistent brand identities.
• Proficiency in Typography, including layout, hierarchy, and font pairing for digital and print media.
• Competence with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) and basic knowledge of digital formats and resolutions.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative work across campaigns or brands, with attention to detail and visual consistency.
• Ability to work on-site in Panaji, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant education or training in design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
