Global Supply Chain Manager

Role Description The Global Supply Chain Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role oversees end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, supply management, and inventory control to support the company’s service delivery and growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing demand and supply data, developing forecasts, optimizing inventory levels, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and managing procurement processes. The manager will implement process improvements, monitor performance metrics, and ensure cost-effective, timely availability of materials and resources. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing risks in the supply chain, and supporting strategic planning for expansion and service quality.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Demand Planning and Analytical Skills to forecast needs, interpret data, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Supply Management and Procurement skills to manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure reliable sourcing.
• Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste and stock-outs.
• Candidates should have experience in global or multi-location supply chain environments and familiarity with supply chain software/ERP tools.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Candidates should have proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field is preferred; advanced certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) are an advantage.
