We are looking for a senior, business-oriented Learning and Capability Development leader who combines strategic learning expertise with strong technology, AI, and commercial acumen.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading enterprise-scale learning and workforce transformation initiatives across multiple countries or business units.

Required Experience & Skills

• 20+ years of overall professional experience, with significant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Capability Building, or Workforce Transformation.
• Proven experience translating business strategy into large-scale learning, skills development, and workforce transformation programs.
• Demonstrated experience in AI/GenAI capability building, technology upskilling, or reskilling initiatives at scale.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect learning investments with commercial performance, productivity, client value, and delivery outcomes.
• Practical understanding of AI-driven transformation across Cloud, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, and Managed Services.
• Experience working with senior executives, CHROs, business leaders, and global leadership teams.
• Proven ability to lead transformation in complex, global, and matrixed organizations.
• Experience in learning governance, operating model design, budget management, portfolio optimization, and performance measurement.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and change leadership capabilities.
• Experience leading and developing teams, including through matrix structures.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development preferred.
• Relevant certifications in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Digital Transformation, or AI are an added advantage.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from large IT services, technology consulting, cloud services, infrastructure services, or other global technology organizations with experience in enterprise-wide learning and AI capability transformation will be preferred.
