Description: CertifyOS is seeking its first internal General Counsel to build and lead its global legal infrastructure during a hyper-growth phase. Reporting directly to the SVP of Finance, the successful candidate will transition legal operations from an outsourced model to an internal function, manage US commercial contracting (SaaS/HealthTech), and oversee global compliance across US and Indian jurisdictions. This role requires a 100% overlap with US business hours.
