Role Description The GEM SALES (Sales Officers) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru across Anant Cars Auto Pvt Ltd showrooms. The role involves engaging with walk-in and referred customers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable Mahindra vehicles, and supporting them throughout the sales process. Sales Officers are expected to generate and follow up on leads, maintain accurate records of inquiries and conversions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and timely vehicle delivery. The position includes building and managing channel relationships, participating in promotional activities, and meeting assigned sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Experience or aptitude in lead generation and sales operations to manage inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Understanding of channel sales or willingness to learn, including working with external partners and referral networks.
• Basic knowledge of automotive products and features, or interest in developing product expertise in Mahindra vehicles.
• Ability to work on-site across Bengaluru locations, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Prior experience in automobile sales or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory; entry-level candidates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.
• Comfort with using phones, email, and basic computer applications for customer follow-up and reporting.
