Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced AEM Full Stack Developer with a proven track record in architecting, developing, and managing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in AEM, Adobe Marketing Cloud products, and related technologies, along with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of digital asset management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing digital assets within AEM.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the IT industry as a Full Stack Developer.
- Minimum 6 years of experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud products, particularly AEM.
- Strong expertise in content management with Adobe Experience Manager.
- Experience in end-to-end Adobe Experience Cloud project lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Java/JSP/Servlets/JSF, Unix shell scripting, and database management (MS SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB).
- Experience with tools such as Maven, Subversion, Apache httpd, Tomcat, and Jetty.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Redmine, Bugzilla, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience in the financial, retail, hospitality, life sciences, and education domains is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Architect, design, develop, and implement AEM solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
- Manage digital asset management within the AEM platform, leveraging over 9 years of experience in this domain.
- Lead the migration of web applications from other technologies to the AEM platform, as well as upgrading AEM versions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and lead the end-to-end project lifecycle of Adobe Experience Cloud projects.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Lead multiple RFP ventures, providing technical expertise and delivering solutions on AEM and associated technologies for various clients.
- Stay updated on strategic changes in the Adobe Experience Cloud platform and incorporate them into project designs and implementations.
- Work closely with computer scientists, R and D teams, and engineers at Adobe to deepen understanding of AEM/CQ and related systems.
