Maes Solutions INC. is looking for a passionate and driven OPT Recruiter to join our growing team.

Location: Hyderabad - Ramanthapur, Uppal

Work Mode: Onsite

Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Experience: 0–5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Source and hire IT consultants
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and rates effectively
• Maintain a strong candidate database and pipeline
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and project allocation

Requirements

• 0–5+ years of talent acquisition experience in US IT staffing
• Strong understanding of recruitment and sales strategies
• Experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job portals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
