Experience

a) Years of Experience: 3 years in frontend development, with significant experience in ReactJS and NextJS.

b) Domain Experience: Preferably experience in sports or related industries, with a proven track record of designing user-centric Frontends.

c) Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing developed applications using NextJS

Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering (CSE/IT)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Frontend Development:

a) Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces using NextJS and ReactJS.

b) Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

c) Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.

• Technical Leadership:

a) Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

b) Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

c) Lead architectural and design discussions related to frontend technologies.

• User Interface Design and Implementation:

a) Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform wireframes and mockups into interactive, high-quality web pages.

b) Ensure a seamless and engaging user experience by implementing user-centric design principles.

c) Optimize application performance to ensure fast load times and smooth interactions.

• State Management:

a) Implement efficient state management solutions using Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.

b) Ensure the consistency and reliability of application state across different components and views.

• API Integration:

a) Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.

b) Ensure efficient and secure data fetching, caching, and synchronization between frontend and backend services.

• Testing and Quality Assurance:

a) Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using testing libraries such as Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress.

b) Ensure the quality and reliability of the codebase by implementing automated testing and continuous integration practices.

• Performance Optimization:

a) Optimize frontend performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and other performance enhancement techniques.

b) Monitor and analyze application performance using tools like Lighthouse, Web Vitals, and browser developer tools.

• Collaboration and Communication:

a) Work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, product managers, and QA engineers.

b) Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver updates.

c) Document technical specifications and architecture for future reference.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
