Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fresher Videographer at Influencersphere. In this position, you will assist in planning and shooting video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand collaborations. Your day-to-day tasks will include setting up cameras and basic lighting, capturing high-quality footage, and supporting senior team members during shoots. You will help organize raw footage, maintain equipment, and collaborate with the creative team to ensure videos align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The role is designed for beginners eager to learn and grow in video production while working closely with experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Foundational skills in video production, including basic understanding of shooting workflows and shot planning.
• Ability to operate cameras and related equipment, with interest in learning different camera systems.
• Basic knowledge of lighting techniques for video, including setting up and adjusting lights for indoor and outdoor shoots.
• Hands-on experience or academic exposure to shooting video content, even at a beginner level (projects, internships, or portfolio work are welcome).
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to take feedback, and commitment to improving technical and creative skills.
• Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and coordinate with a distributed creative and marketing team.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working with content creators, editors, and strategists.
• Interest in social media, digital marketing, and content trends; familiarity with platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok is a plus.
• Relevant coursework or training in film, media, communications, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
