We are an IT services company providing website development, mobile app development, and custom software solutions to businesses across India. We have an in-house development team and a portfolio of live and demo projects.

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Partner who can acquire new clients and help grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and approach potential clients across India.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Arrange client meetings and understand business requirements.
• Present our services and coordinate proposals with our development team.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Follow up on client invoices and pending payments.
• Maintain regular updates on leads, proposals, and closed projects.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in IT sales, software sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
• Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
• Experience selling IT services to Indian businesses is preferred.

Commission Structure

• Up to 50% commission, subject to a mutually agreed written arrangement.
• No fixed salary; earnings depend on successful sales and client payments.
• Commission basis, project expenses, payment timing, and responsibilities will be agreed upon before starting.
