Role Overview

The Founder's Office - Strategic Finance & Growth Analyst role is designed for individuals who combine analytical excellence with entrepreneurial curiosity. You will work closely with leadership on strategic initiatives, market intelligence, financial analysis, and growth opportunities. The role requires someone who can move seamlessly between deep research, structured problem-solving, executive communication, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry intelligence across target sectors.
• Build investment-style reports, company profiles, market maps, and strategic insights.
• Support GTM strategy through customer research, market segmentation, and opportunity analysis.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist with business planning, pricing strategy, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare executive presentations, client materials, and founder-level decision documents.
• Support expansion initiatives, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute high-priority projects.
• Use AI tools and modern workflows to improve research quality and execution speed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for ambitious individuals who are intellectually curious, highly analytical, and eager to take

ownership.

You should have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from Tier-1 leading institution.
• 0-2 years of experience in finance, consulting, investment research, corporate strategy, startups, or

founder's office roles.

• Strong finance fundamentals and business understanding.
• Exceptional research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop clear recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a bias toward action.
• Curiosity about businesses, markets, investments, and startups.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of financial statements, valuation, financial modeling, and business analysis.
• Experience conducting market or competitive research.
• Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and AI-assisted research is a plus.
