Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Food and Beverage Specialist role located in Rampur. The Food and Beverage Specialist will oversee daily food and beverage service operations, ensuring that guests receive prompt, courteous, and high-quality service in all dining areas. Responsibilities include coordinating with kitchen and service teams, presenting menus, taking orders, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of food and drinks. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, assisting with buffet setups or special events, and monitoring inventory and stock levels. The specialist will also handle guest inquiries, resolve service issues, and support continuous improvement in service procedures and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Food Service and Food & Beverage knowledge, with the ability to manage dining operations and maintain quality standards.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic to intermediate Culinary Skills to understand menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or hotel food and beverage operations is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a professional demeanor.
• Relevant certification or diploma in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field is an advantage.
