Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide warm, personalized service.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely service.
• Maintain menu knowledge and recommend dishes, beverages, and specials.
• Follow service standards, hygiene, grooming, and cleanliness protocols.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
• Promote upselling to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
• Ensure accurate billing and POS operations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in F&B service.
• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Professional grooming and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
