Role Description The Food and Beverage Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing daily food and beverage service operations, ensuring high standards of product quality, hygiene, and presentation. The specialist will interact with guests, handle queries, and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Responsibilities include coordinating with kitchen and service teams, monitoring order accuracy and service speed, and supporting training initiatives for staff or learners. The role also requires maintaining inventory levels, adhering to safety and compliance guidelines, and contributing ideas to improve menus, service processes, and overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage knowledge.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
• Candidates should possess solid Culinary Skills and an understanding of basic cooking and presentation techniques.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in restaurant, hotel, or institutional F&B operations.
• Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A formal qualification in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene regulations will be beneficial.
