Learning and Development Manager A hotel group running a dozen mid-market properties, hiring a Learning and Development Manager to standardise training across all of them Location: Remote (India) Why this role exists Each of this hotel group's twelve properties currently runs its own training in its own way, which means service quality varies more than the group would like across locations. The group has partnered with Flexiple to bring in a Learning and Development Manager who can build one consistent training approach and roll it out property by property.
