Fleet Operations Executive

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Logistics Operations. Candidates from other fields will not be entertained.

Responsibilities are as follows but are not limited to

• Handling operations of Trucking Business and Freight Forwarding
• Tracking of vehicles through WheelsEye, FleetX, etc.
• Keeping a track of truck's and driver's documentation.
• Having knowledge regarding PODs, Detention, GRs, Driver Management, Invoicing, Dedicated Fleet Management, Pan-India route development, etc.
• Managing truck routes on a daily basis.
• Manage the daily functions of the business and handle various teams.
• Managing truck's breakdowns/accidents
• Data input regarding operations into Google Sheets/ Internal Software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Truck Operations role
• Ability to converse properly with drivers and team members
• Good understanding of geography, especially of North India
• Able to use basic computer
