Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Weekly Off - Sunday Fixed

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of spares, lubricants, tyres and other fleet ancillaries.
• Optimise procurement for maintenance and repair requirements.
• Maintain ERP records and job cards for repairs/services.
• Conduct physical tyre inspections and verify them against ERP data.
• Track and verify en-route repair expenses.
• Ensure scheduled and preventive maintenance is completed on time.
• Reduce maintenance costs and avoid unnecessary expenses.
• Improve overall vehicle uptime.
• Prepare regular maintenance reports for management.
• Coordinate with vendors, workshop teams and other stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years relevant experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of commercial vehicle maintenance.
• Knowledge of spares, lubricants, tyres and repair processes.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance.
• Comfortable working with ERP/digital reporting tools.
• Good supervision and coordination skills.
• Vendor management experience.
• Cost-conscious and process-oriented.
• Strong documentation and follow-up skills.
• High integrity, discipline and accountability.
